I don't put too much into luck or other bits of chance. Things happen the way they do and it's our duty to react to them accordingly. Part of it may be my inability to explain many of the mysteries in the world around me. Part of it may be my distaste for blaming external factors on unfortunate events.
Whatever the answer may be, there's something that constantly draws me to the number 10:23. I write it that way because it's most often that time when I happen to check the clock. Those numbers are also a part of my social security number which is perhaps why I remember them most easily. They've popped up in my life randomly too, but I can't pinpoint exactly when right now.
