Right now I've been getting by with the help of my brother and sister-in-law because they've been off for Easter weekend. I'm not exactly sure how much I'll be able to do on my own, but I'm slowly getting the hang of some of this. For example, I'm kind of beastly when it comes to sitting around with my leg propped up all day as long as someone can get my leg into place. Oh, and I'm an expert wheelchair rider.
I'm hoping to adapt a bit better after surgery next week though I don't know what to expect and that kind of worries me. I've only had real surgery once when I had my tonsils out in the 1st grade and when I had my wisdom teeth out in November of 2008. Both times I had issues with anesthesia so that will be pretty interesting. I'm giving my family permission to film anything that I say just in case it's worthy of going viral like David After Dentist:
