Donut's Daily(ish)

Many of you don't know that I used to like to write poetry. Well, technically it's poetry though most of it isn't good at all. I'm typically a harsh critic and I can be honest and fairly impartial about my own poor writing. Below are three that I wrote a few years back. Two were written for class and both were selected as the best of their genre (one is a haiku and the other is a tanka.) The other was just something that I put together during a bit of a rough time and I really like that it comes full circle.

They're all paired with images because I think it makes them stand out much much more. Let me know what you think!!
